272 families in Western Sydney receive early Festive Joy from our special Christmas Hampers

With Swami's grace and love and the generosity of our members from Sai Centre of Blacktown and Sai Centre of Bonnyrigg, 272 needy families in Western Sydney will receive early festive season joy from our special Christmas Hampers. These hampers will be a big relief for these families if not for the hampers and generosity of our members would have been challenged to put 'food on the table' due to the rising Cost of Living challenges.

The Annual Christmas Hampers initiative has now been running for several years and each hamper was packed full of goodies with lots of love and care by our members and included Quick Oats, Noodles, Cup a Soup, Healthy Bars, Fruit Tubs, Orange juice (6 packs) and Cookies.

The hamper packs were provided to Carevan Foundation Australia, NSW Government Family & Community Services Blacktown & Mount Druitt and the Mamalana Community Foundation for distribution to needy families in Western Sydney.

All organisations extended their immense gratitude to our members for their generous contribution as these hampers will make a positive difference and bring a smile to the needy families during this festive season.

Carlijn Van Baal - Team Leader at New South Wales Government Dept of Communities & Justice said

"Thank you for your generous hampers this year for our clients. It is greatly appreciated and most definitely useful. It will assist families during this expensive and often difficult period".

We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks and gratitude to all members for overwhelming support towards our Annual "Christmas Hampers 2023" initiative.
