Human Values Seminar - A Multi-Faith Event for a more Compassionate and Harmonious World
This Human Values Seminar, on Saturday, 24 August 2024 at Quakers Hill Community Centre, New South Wales, proved to be an opportunity to come together and reaffirm our commitment to Universal Values of Truth, Peace, Love, and Non-Violence.
It offered a chance to connect, reflect, and strengthen these values in our communities. Supported by various Interfaith groups, this gathering was a powerful reminder that together, we can foster a more Compassionate and Harmonious World. With Centenary Celebrations round the corner, this event is our Humble Offering dedicated to our Most Beloved Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai Baba.
The event moderated by Sanjay Kumarasingham, Service Coordinator - External for Sri Sathya Sai Global Council - Australia, started with a vibrant Musical offering of Universal songs by the Young Adults. Thereafter, the invited Speakers lighted Peace Candles for World Peace. Singanayagam Indrapalan, Chair Zone 3, Sri Sathya Sai Global Council, gave the Inaugural address. Then, the invited Speakers came forward to share their thoughts on the role of Human Values in Everyday Life and how it can help radiate Peace and Unity.
